THE AFFILIATE agrees: a) all the Confidential Information is secret and confidential to LAURUS; and b) any unauthorized use, reproduction, or disclosure of the Confidential Information by the AFFILIATE may cause loss, damage, or expense to LAURUS. As such, the AFFILIATE will be held legally liable and shall bear whatever costs that may be incurred.
